We are looking for a results-driven Online Bidder / Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in generating business through online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, bidding on portals, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Bid on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn, etc.
Identify and analyze client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Communicate with international clients via email, chat, and calls.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure project feasibility.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM and sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Online Bidder / BDE in IT services.
Proven experience on platforms like Upwork & Freelancer (mandatory).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing services.
Ability to write compelling proposals and bids.
Good knowledge of lead generation and sales strategies.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with international clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Understanding of pricing models and project estimation.
