Use a recent version of Chrome, Edge, or another supported browser, a stable internet connection, and complete the test in one sitting if instructions say so. If the employer enabled proctoring or camera checks, allow permissions when asked.

Check your candidate dashboard and any messages or updates tied to the application. Employers move candidates through their own stages, so timing varies. If a job listing closes or you stop seeing updates, the role may have been filled or paused.

Refresh the page only if the instructions allow it; otherwise wait and reconnect. Close other heavy tabs, disable VPNs temporarily if they cause issues, and try again. If the problem continues, contact support with the job title and approximate time of the issue so we can help you and inform the employer if needed.

If the product shows a withdraw or cancel option for that application, use it. If not, message the employer through any available channel on the listing or contact support with the job reference and we can guide you. Withdrawing does not remove past activity the employer may have already recorded.
